I'll also be giving several talks during the fest. On Friday, during the vendors-only session, I'll be giving a short presentation called Telling Your Story: Working with Media, and sitting on a panel discussion to help small chocolate makers grow their businesses.

There are some amazing vendors here. London at Peace on Fifth will be tabling some rare bars from Ukraine and Cuba, among others. Embers will have their fantastic spirits-infused bars (and the Elote bar, I think). Encore will be bringing some of the best coffee chocolate bars you'll ever taste.
