Also, I absolutely agree with you on Sweet Potato being better than pumpkin.

If you use baby carrots, it's just easier to prepare the filling. No peeling, etc. They are very similar. My wife didn't believe me, so I made carrot pie one Thanksgiving and served it and all I got was 'Best pumpkin pie ever". I love pie.

We have two cats who have their own walk-up song. Clara (Clair bear - Ourse (Bear in French)) - if I start shuffling and dancing and sing Ourse Ourse baby, will spin in sircles, purr, and roll over for a scratch. Didi had "Deedly Deedly Dee.. etc.) from Rockin' robin. She sings (lol)

Carrot pie is better than either... the consistency is better, and it's sweeter, and it's made the same way, but simpler and cheaper.
