Absolutely! Across every neighborhood, we need sidewalks that are walkable and safe.
Too many of our sidewalks are cracked and pose a safety hazard, especially for kiddos, seniors, and neighbors with disabilities.
We will have an infrastructure bond plan to address this basic issue all across PVD.

Otherwise, there's so many opportunities on Broad, Elmwood, all over the city where a handful of really egregious lots really degrade the neighborhoods for the folks who live there. Housing on those lots would have incredible returns for quality of life

You were there! Hard to think of a better candidate than Smith Hill especially given all that neighborhood has suffered for urban renewal plans that didn't value those neighborhoods and their residents. Would love to see it
