I’ve seen this multiple times recently, where a car owner has placed both year stickers on the same (rear) license plate. I can’t figure out what the goal is here.

I'm a leader for some local @scoutingamerica.bsky.social units. For the Cub Scouts, I frequently lead the youngest (the Lions) at the start of the year until the parents find a leader among themselves to serve. We had our first Lion Den meeting Sunday. Today a mom sent me this pic.
