Yep.
Right now "Section 605" (limiting the Census Bureau to 2 contact attempts for their surveys) is still in the CJS budget bill. So while it's not certain it will survive, it has a better chance than it should.

I won't say the data would be useless, but... 🤷

Voluntary would be bad.
