I woke up with a migraine aura but I'm ok now I think? I got referred to a pain management doctor and they've already got me scheduled a couple days after my nerve conduction study. Yay. I never even expected my pain to be taken seriously lmao. But MS is ruled out and no herniations.

My left shoulder has been kinda subluxed since yesterday which has kinda messed up my mocap testing process RIP. I do see the ortho tomorrow and I have a trick with a broom handle if it's actually a rib or my clavicle that's out that I can still try. Lol. I will just do what I can when I can...

I had my MRIs yesterday 😌 and I scheduled my nerve conduction study and I even made an apple crisp. I learned a trigemenal nerve glide and it helps a tiny bit. I wanna stream this week, I'm gonna attempt it tomorrow if my pain isn't blinding :)

Today's urgent care visit went better than I'd hoped. I have a nerve conduction test soon! Finalyy! My x-rays looked pretty good except my neck is almost perfectly straight when there should be a curve lol? They're assuming thoracic outlet syndrome too but MRIs and nerve test will show more 🥲
