The funniest thing about this is it wasnt even a new design, it is literally a derivative of the ASCOD2, which worked fine for everyone else. They somehow managed to spend 6bn quid on a variant of a working design that they cant use

They caved. They could have started a crowd funding campaign to raise money if they needed it. We raised like 300k for GLP and that wasnt even for one specific case. They capitulated and capitulation is complicity.

Even if that is true they have chosen to cave. You don't get a pass or to excuse yourself for doing something because you capitulated. They chose to do it instead of fight it. They are responsible and complicit
