Here's a pigeon that likes to hang out on the door of a local bar. Just sits there chillin as patrons walk in and out, most people don't even notice he's there. I think he had a nest on a ledge higher up the building in the spring.

Last time I was in St Petersburg, my grandpa introduced me to this pinecone preserve which seems similar. It's made of soft green pinecones and is delicious - very sweet and, well, piney.
