Yeah, the description says as much. They reckon it's the "video RAM" which isn't a thing on the 64. Short board so I'm thinking it's a bad CIA or maybe DRAM.

Kind of disappoined that it doesn't say "I wasn't able to test this due to the fact that it doesn't work".

Looks stunning! Stating the obvious here, but the original game built scenes by dynamically placing graphical assets. It looks like your revamped screens are fixed bitmaps?

This would not stop a programmer from using them in a remaster, as they could be fetched from EasyFlash as needed.

I have a non-working Super Famicom that I bought very cheaply 10 whole years ago. I never got it working, maybe I can learn something from your video. 👍

That's a shame. I get why they might not sell TheSpectrum as it wouldn't have the sams mass market appeal, but TheA1200 would surely do well?

There was a guy on one (all) of the C64 FB groups going nuts about this (actually about TheA1200). RGL's stuff often hits the US market a little later, probably because they go via a third-party distributor. The tariff situation probably isn't helping either.

Me neither. I work from home full time but I have to be 'seen' during business hours. That's not a condition of WFH, just the nature of the job.

ChatGPT only seems to have one font. As if that wasn't bad enough, it has to give everything that brown hue just to make it super-obvious.

My 14" GoldStar TV bought in 1992 had this from day one. The vertical bars up the left hand side I mean.

Remember when Activision used to use little drawings for their Atari 2600 games?

Pisses me off how he goes "You need to give me... oh, a billion dollars". This is like Homer Simpson's thought process.

If I'd had the money, I would have got one on launch day just for Final Fight, not realising how hobbled it was. Just as well I never had the option, having planted my flag so deep in the Mega Drive camp.

Always loved the look of Pilotwings, but it's not quite the game I thought it was.

Doctoring a Trump speech to make him sound like a corrupt bastard is like putting salt on an anchovy.

It's sh*t like this that makes non-creatives happy to see government funding for "the arts" get slashed until there's nothing left. Could be worse, at least he's not selling NFTs (remember them?)
