Really looking forward to the program.
My first movie experience in the theater was MARY POPPINS on its first run (yes I'm that old).
Dick Van Dyke holds a special place in my heart.

Very nice piece, especially for the insights on his little-known appearances. An incredible career, indeed.

Of course, it's been long-debated whether or not Number 6 is Agent John Drake of "Danger Man."
McGoohan flatly denied it.
But fans have kept that imagined connection alive with great fervor for all these years.

The title sequence for THE PRISONER is still one of the top 5 ever created, with that pulse-quickening Ron Grainer theme and brilliant editing.
It's essentially a fully-realized pilot episode in under 2 minutes.

5,000 FINGERS is highly underrated and almost completely forgotten.
The imaginative set designs by Dr. Seuss and company are fantastic.
