#Cavs beat the Pacers last night as Darius Garland returned (again) from a toe injury. It's clear that he's become the engine that makes this group go. He's the power strip the team needs in order to operate at its highest voltage. open.substack.com/pub/theinsid...

#Cavs beat the Pacers 120-109 in Darius Garland's return to the lineup. He finished with 20 points and 7 assists. Donovan Mitchell had 32 points, 9 rebounds and 5 dimes. Evan Mobley had 22 points and 12 rebounds and De'Andre Hunter had 20.

#Cavs beat the Pacers 120-109 in Darius Garland's return to the lineup. He finished with 20 points and 7 assists. Donovan Mitchell had 32 points, 9 rebounds and 5 dimes. Evan Mobley had 22 points and 12 rebounds and De'Andre Hunter had 20.

#Cavs lead the Pacers 62-55 at halftime. Darius Garland has looked pretty good in his first game back after missing the past five. He's got a game-high 18 points. Evan Mobley had a good first quarter but was pretty quiet in the second. He and Donovan Mitchell both have 12.

Pretty nice half for Darius Garland in his return. He's up to a game-high 13 points after that 3-pointer from the left wing. Looks a little bit rusty, but overall I think he's given the Cavs a boost.

Pretty nice half for Darius Garland in his return. He's up to a game-high 13 points after that 3-pointer from the left wing. Looks a little bit rusty, but overall I think he's given the Cavs a boost.

Shorthanded #Cavs fall to the Rockets 114-104. Couldn't overcome their worst offensive half of the season to start this one and an abysmal night from both beyond the arc and the free throw line. They're back in action on Friday night, potentially with some reinforcements.

#Cavs trail the Rockets 74-70 after three quarters, but they played much better on both ends of the floor in that third quarter. They've trailed by as many as 22 points tonight, but definitely have to feel good about where they are headed to the fourth.
