The things I needed to learn/do over the last two winters: 😅

1) New pad, so water has somewhere to collect and evaporate, rather than just fall direct to the drain
2) make sure the bypass air is open
3) make sure the water is actually flowing from the source
4) make sure the solenoid valve opens

Very silly to take down the entire profile. Why not delete the post and lose write access for X hours. This is been a solved issue for other forums and platforms. instead their process made it a highly visible issue with zero communication to her.

also i don’t understand why it rose immediately to “the whole account is gone” - on Twitter and elsewhere it just mean post is deleted and you get a cooling off period.

I agree it’s probably good for a platform to be on the side of caution, but their process needs to be airtight so that everyone knows the rules. being slow and not including the reason in the initial communication for the ban is not a good moderation system

and removing the context of the article being referred to in their first post is heinous. it only further erodes the confidence in the mod team to be this oblique
