This is the simple and obvious racism that pervades the “Christian” right. It’s repugnant. It’s also laughable as it relies on such a lot of ignorance. But it’s there, all the same. And it’s really grim

Firstly, Muslims are not permitted to make images of Jesus, so if it is an Islamic conspiracy theory, it’s a bad one.
