So one morning, when he called, I stood up, put on my headphones, and started walking. Everything changed. Our conversations became deeper and more honest. We talked about life, family, worries, and dreams. When the call ended, I kept walking. And that’s when I noticed something unexpected. My mood lifted. My perspective shifted. The day felt lighter.
