I think it’s because sociopaths get off on flaunting their hypocrisy. These guys love showing us that the rules don’t apply to them, and that they can be total hypocrites and we can’t stop them.

What if the party apparatus is too corrupted and rotted out to build on? A successful progressive party should be free from Dem entanglements and donors.

When is his power at stake? He was unchallenged as leader in 2024. He was unchallenged as leader in 2022. He did not face a primary opponent in 2022.

It’s 2025 and you’re still talking about rules. Do you seriously think that Dem senators can’t get rid of Schumer if they want to? The ONLY reason he keeps power is because that’s how senate Dems want it.

Senate Dems could at any moment choose to remove him from leadership, but every day they choose stasis and complacency instead.

Not good enough. You need to say Schumer’s name and demand his immediate resignation from leadership.

Why should we vote for a party that hates us? Because they hate us less than the other party?

They don’t care.
There’s no fixing this. We have to burn the party to the ground and replace it. We can‘t keep trying to build a progressive party on the Dems’ corrupt foundation.

Have any Dem senators publicly demanded Schumer’s resignation yet? If not then primary them. All of them.
