We must spend the rest of our lives rebuilding what has been so corrupted. It is our obligation as patriotic Americans, but most likely, even under the best of circumstances, we will never be able to get back to a pre-2016 state of affairs. It’s such a great tragedy. 3/3

The Justice Department has been weaponized against political opponents and those otherwise disfavored by the administration. And of course, the peaceful transfer of power has been seriously compromised as a bedrock of our system of government. 2/3

No matter how weak this authoritarian movement may appear in this moment, the fact is that people who have a vested interest in dismantling our Republic control the levers of power. These are very serious times that call for people of integrity and courage to rise to this moment. 3/3
