I don't know how much ADA upgrade and maintenance needs have expanded now, but back when we had $30M in the budget, about $15M went to those purposes. Consider that in timeline.

A specific answer is that there are 1,700+ miles of new sidewalk needs in Nashville outside CHYM corridors that dedicated revenue legally cannot be spent on. And we won't make a dent in it with that level of funding, especially subtracting ADA and maintenance needs for existing sidewalks.
