Michigan Attorney General. I love my kids, wife, cats, and country. But not Ohio State U.
All I ask is that the Trump administration follow the law and pay Michigan the money appropriated to us by Congress.

I want to thank MDARD for their work in identifying these violations and urge consumers to remain vigilant against overcharges when they shop.

DOE must end its unlawful tactics to keep this coal plant running when it has already cost millions upon millions of dollars. My office will continue to fight back against these arbitrary orders and ensure residents aren’t forced to foot the bill for these unreasonable costs.

I am concerned that the MPSC has yet to respond to my request to intervene and hold true hearings, and I am fearful that today’s announcement signals they have no intention to hold the formal hearings our residents and ratepayers deserve.

Without formal hearings and a contested case declaration, this alone would amount to little more than performative listening rather than thorough public scrutiny.

My office will go through this proposal with a fine-tooth comb to make sure every dollar DTE wants to collect from ratepayers is tied to a clear and measurable benefit.
November 17, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Time and again, we’ve seen DTE try to pass on to its customers millions of dollars in unnecessary expenses, such as private jet travel for its executives.

The FCC has delayed the implementation of this much-needed rule for far too long, and I stand with my colleagues in calling for the FCC to do their job and make sure this life-saving rule is finally put into action.

My office will continue to pursue companies that mislead tourists to ensure Michiganders and visitors can trust the sites they use to plan their vacations.

Today’s victory allows us a reprieve, an opportunity to bring our state Constitution into alignment with the protections our residents are entitled to and have enjoyed for more than a decade. Now is the time to act.

Members of this Supreme Court have already told us they are willing to overturn Obergefell. It’s only a matter of time before they do.
November 10, 2025 at 7:03 PM
I will not be deterred despite the President’s continued maneuverings and will continue to fight until every qualified resident receives the benefits they rightfully deserve.

Thanks to the quick actions from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, some Michiganders were able to receive their benefits this week, but access to food is not a legal game.
