Seeing some extremely terrible takes (i.e., feelpinions) which lack evidence, and it's adding more confusion to a very fragile moment.
A totally valid and justified option right now would be to just STFU and just show care, support, solidarity and empathy to those most affected around us.

The problem with using them for resistance training is you get less benefit when you use two in parallel.

There is some widget support in the newest version, but the supported widgets are pretty clunky.
