Wicklow is getting dart expansion, every other county I'd assume meant any County not Dublin. Western rail between Athenry and tuam might be on the agenda, nothing for Wexford despite Waterford to Wexford on the Ireland strategic rail review from 1-2yrs ago. Kerry got a bypass for their bypass..

It would undoubtedly be an asset for the city, as well as county towns such as Tuam.
