Speeding by all the cars in a train near Amsterdam. I was told cars were freedom.
Elements that create a quiet streets:
1. Bump outs with speed bumps
2. Raised intersections
3. Switch parking each block
4. Narrow roads
It’s not really that cities are loud because there’s a lot of people. This place is way more dense that most cities in the U.S. There are ways to do this.
