Perhaps not only for Covid-related research, but for research in general. At least in my institution, lots of researchers dug out old data and research ideas, refreshed their rusty R skills, and wrote the papers that they never had time to publish in ordinary times.

I guess I'm one of the guilty ones. I read and appreciate all your posts and I read all your blog posts, but I don't always know how to respond "appropriately" so I end up not writing anything at all. But I am always reminded to not stop being furious about the disgusting attacks on trans people.
