We should trust evidence. We should fit our models to it. We should update our prior beliefs. We should leave conclusions to be made by experts in their respective fields. We should act on their conclusions. We should take care of each other.

Their very obvious claim is that it’s racist discrimination to *have a policy to address racial disparities* but it’s fine to have a system that simply creates massive racial disparities. The correction attempt is the outrage. Not the disparities. Because they are white supremacists.

I mean, you asked a lot of people to be inconvenienced for an extended period just to keep people from dying, and if we've learned anything about Americans from the way they are in cars, that was just totally unacceptable.

Yes. It's a vector that, when applied to the coordinates of a word, takes it to the point of the slur of that word. The idea is that you could then use it to map from any word and it would give you the equivalent of a slur for it.

Right, I'm asserting it's already out of m1 and had been for at least a decade. The majority of the deflation it would do has already been absorbed by the money supply.

If it's money that was already not being spent, it wouldn't be deflationary, at least not in the short term. If it repeats over generations, sure, but we already adjust the amount of money in circulation at rates fast enough to deal with that.
