No industry is entitled to exist, no matter how much profit is at stake, when it's predicated on mass theft. It's like saying "regulating stealing children off the street would kill the designer children industry" :| Pay for training data, charge a sustainable fee. Invest in renewables.

By using FontForge on a PDF from the website for the campaign (web.archive.org/web/20051223...); I can confirm that they are indeed using the illegal clone version of the font, rather than the licensed one!
