In 2014, 80% over 60’s voted No, 70% under 24’s were Yes. That figure for over 60’s has fallen to 70%, the under 24 vote remains constant.
Scotland has a stable population (death to birth rates) and I suspect the late swing to No in ‘14 experienced ‘buyers remorse’.

I agree. Polls were designed to reflect opinions but are instead used to form them. I suspect we are already around 60% Yes. If that got into the public domain the dam would burst and we could well push 80% in a referendum.
Hence the doctored polls, the british state is shitting bricks.

Consider who owns polling companies, how they compile polls, and what their agenda is. After 11 years there are around 400,000 more Yes voters eligible to vote. And because we all get old and die, there’re around 400,000 less No voters. That’s a massive swing before we even count the No to Yes.
