I am not interested in debating anything with jerks who have an IQ of less than their shoe size, a reading age of 5 years or less, and nothing to say but nonsense that reveals their ignorance and bigotry.
Today I got lost in IKEA. After following the arrows (and there are more arrows in IKEA than flew at Custer's Last Stand), I found myself stuck in a cul-de-sac and had to retrace my steps. I bought a wok and a leafy plant.

I'm listening to "Im Treibhaus" and apologising to my poor neglected houseplants. 🍂

Today I unwisely ventured into a supermarket, not realising that the Christmas shopping rush has begun (and it's not even Advent yet). 😱
The shops are full of crazy people barging, shoving, and yelling at each other, or possibly at the shelves. I purchased a small plum pudding and sliced reindeer.

Operas that need trigger warnings:
* Fanciulla: gunshots and references to whiskey
* Parsifal: religious themes and violence to swans
* Carmen: smoking, alcohol, stabbing
* Tosca: references to suicide
* Robert le Diable: zombie nuns

Today's achievement was to set the clock on my new cooker. I am rewarding myself with a chocolate coated donut. 🍩

That's my weekend shopping done. The supermarkets are filling shelves with Christmas items. I bought a Stollen. 🎅

Congratulations to Lucy Powell on her election as Labour Party deputy leader. I was pleased to see that the authoritarian "blue labour" candidate was rejected.

Shopping done, although I only went to one supermarket for essentials, such as beer and biscuits. As usual I bought everything that was on special offer (including fresh salmon and sliced roast beef), and many of the goods with a yellow sticker on them.

What I like about aristocrats is that satisfying "thud" sound as their head falls into the basket. #AndrewWindsor

On the day of the wedding between Charles and Diana, I went to my favourite watering hole in London. My friend Jimmy Carroll, the man who taught me how to pour Guinness, was behind the bar. Noticing that I was wearing a green shirt, Jimmy said he was pleased that I was wearing my Republican colours.

There's a lot of fascist trolls and magabots crawling out from under their stones today. Fuck them all.

If President Trump would give Ukraine one thousand Tomahawk missiles, then I'd be happy to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I've become wary of olive oil (once bitten etc.) so these days I read the bottle carefully. I was pleased to find in a local supermarket 750ml of Kalamata extra virgin for only €23, with everything I like to see. On the label they have printed "Protected Designation of Origin" and "cold extraction".

Several years ago I visited a bookstore that I used to frequent in downtown Oslo. The name over the door had changed, so I asked one of the staff, "what happened to Tanum?", and I was told that it had closed a year earlier. Now the name Tanum has reappeared over the door. Confusing.

Today's brunch was French Toast, using slices of the spelt loaf I had baked 3 days ago. Fortunately I had just enough cream available and I always have fresh eggs.

9 minutes in the air fryer. Topped with strawberries. 🍓🍓🍓
