There are so many options out there now and they are all so different in terms of the vibe of them, range, charge speed… it makes it fun to investigate them all. If we could get this little guy in the US we would have it, the Hyundai Inster. youtu.be/iV_09sBh0gU?...
We’ve had Polestar 2 EV for about 3 years and really love it! It doesn’t have the best range or charging time but it drives great, is super well built, and nice design, that is what drew us to it. Our other EV is a Hyundai Ioniq 5 which has incredible range and charging speed. They are a nice duo. ☺️

We’ve had Polestar 2 EV for about 3 years and really love it! It doesn’t have the best range or charging time but it drives great, is super well built, and nice design, that is what drew us to it. Our other EV is a Hyundai Ioniq 5 which has incredible range and charging speed. They are a nice duo. ☺️

And cities with high EV adoption are seeing big drop off in issues like childhood asthma. It seems like we should be promoting the benefits for people who frequently walk places.

Did you know Teslas charge slower on their own superchargers than a Hyundai Ioniq 5?
If you have driven a lot of different EVs it becomes pretty clear they are behind.
But even though they are sub par vehicles, also just no.

This is some serious EV misinformation. I know you are an EV owner so I want to arm you with some more accurate info. Total particulate emissions from EVs are way less than ICE cars because tires are only a fraction of particulates. Most of it is actually brake dust. wheelthrive.com/ev-tire-poll...

The older I get the more I feel brand loyalty is foolish. Brands rise and fall. I’m not going to give a company my hard earned money for a subpar product based on some sense of nostalgia for something they did 25 years ago. Make good products if you want my money.

I hope I’m wrong and it’s a great car! We need some more options in that reasonably sized sedan class. Does it have a lift back?

Just my 2 cents of course! Definitely check one out, but make sure you test out other competitors to really benchmark it.

I feel pretty confident that Mercedes won’t be a great car but at least it’s out there as an option. The last time I rented a CLA I thought it rode worse than a Corolla. I was frankly shocked how poorly designed and put together it was coming from a Polestar 2.

It’s very slow.
