Yeah, I've heard Z-A's performance on the Switch 1 is a consistent 30 FPS for the most part, which is good!
Though I wanna experience the game in 60 FPS, which is I'm going to wait to get a Switch 2 before I eventually play. 😅

And now if only Rockstar and Warhorse Studios would take their skills and make me an open world sci-fi game. 😔

After playing RDR1, KCD and KCD2 strike me as the type of games Rockstar would make if they ever wanted to set a game in a medieval European setting.

That's something I'm struggling with as well lol. @iffimoozipan.bsky.social this is another one of the gameplay elements that is a bit finnicky. Sometimes the jump fails. 😭

I do own all of the FF titles now, and plan to play them all from the start. And replay the ones I've already played.

I am noticing a lot of inspo Trails took from Xenogears. Especially with a certain mech in Cold Steel whose fighting stance looks exactly the same as Weltall's... 👀

For me, the camera took a bit of getting used to.
And also, since this is a classic JRPG, you have a lot of random encounters. Whereas modern RPGs/JRPGs show random enounters as creatures on an overworld. And they often have turbo modes to fast forward gameplay speed for battles and stuff.

Mechanically some parts gameplay wise may not have aged the best, but the story and character so far? Absolutely timeless.
