I think this trend will increase the more people feel stuck, under-valued (or not at all), snowballing of debts with layoffs… inflation + tariff taxes disrupting supply chains and increasing taxes, not to mention the rapidly changing chaos that is geopolitics. www.sfo.govt.nz/assets/Uploa...

OpenAI once mentioned people being polite to ChatGPT by saying 'Thank you' wastes tokens and compute resources (and by this... utilities). Well how much compute and natural resources have been utilised due to their refusal to 'remove all dashes, em dashes, hyphens, etc.'? I bet this wastes a lot...

Visited Hamilton Gardens in Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand in the "WINTER" (from Wisconsin, brr cold) and I noticed most of the gardens took on a cultural legacy of sorts. Here is a comparison that speaks to me... one seems natural and full of legacy and the other is surface level.
