I'm not criticising the intention simply that we constantly revisit/reinvent the wheel. Pilots get headlines & suggest progress but often don't materialise in reality as even with budgets, priorities change. I have worked with Minister's of both main parties & know how quickly things come & go...

Breakfast club pilots have been funded before... We knew the benefits to learning, health & behaviour in the 90's. Biggest problem is wasted money on pilots & research that tells us what we already know.

But Farage needs people to ‘believe’ rather than think.. or hold him to account.

Absolutely. This is the same as those who justify breaking the rules but are outraged when others do. The journey is as important as the outcome.
