"Good Guy Syndrome" props up patriarchy. If you aren't speaking up in situations that prop up patriarchy, you are perpetuating it.

The invisible work load placed on women is difficult to describe and qualify. Too often it's dismissed as complaining without taking a good look at the balance of responsibilities in a relationship (or workplace).

I wish we had done the work to heal our society after enslaving humans for hundreds of years instead of letting the decay grow like an infection that destroys it's host.
