Why the land trust keeps focusing on single family homes is beyond me. They should be the leader in new affordable duplexes and triplexes in the city. And all their SFH, if they have to build, should have ADUs. I never understood the Amanda Rhein hype

I know your pro-white perspective. I just don’t think that a Black founded community should become a neighborhood of million dollar homes that is 70-85% white. And it makes me sad that a black realtor is making bank off making it happen. can have density without changing demographics so intensely
