Did a quick look through Utah's gun laws for no real reason today and jesus christ dude
To summarize, in Utah you do not need to have a permit to own a gun and you are allowed to open carry if you're older than 21. In addition to that, you may bring a gun into places that are allowed in Utah that are not allowed in other states, such as banks, bars, and state parks (as well as schools if you have a permit, with local laws against restricting rules against firearms in the state)

She is shown falling back from the top of one of the show's signature locations, the 109 building which has been doubled with a second 108 building. Eyes are shown in LEDs, staring at Ema as she falls, with an energy weapon manifesting from her left hand, which reflects on her grey, black, and yellow bodysuit.
