i'm going to say this before i forget but. if you see a mutual aid/donation/comms post you've already seen/rt before, it's really helpful to rt it again because it can share it to more people who weren't able to see it the first time! posts tend to drop off very quickly after an initial rt burst

im not sure if its stress induced but i feel like after ive had like a particularly stressful day i notice my body aches the next morning
