good question and also it’s entirely possible the asset was bought premade and they didn’t realize what it was. but it goes to show how messy it is these days to untangle yourself from AI when using new tech

When we say early, are we talking Unreal 4 build or after they'd gotten a publisher? I do think the time frame matters as I think opinions around GenAI really altered like 3 years ago. That's about when I learned better.

good question and also it’s entirely possible the asset was bought premade and they didn’t realize what it was. but it goes to show how messy it is these days to untangle yourself from AI when using new tech
