Reckon the guy who did it probably works exclusively for landlords.
Remember kids you can’t paint over gloss paint without sanding a bit & priming first 🙄

Just had a meeting with some ladies from a retirement village about catering their Xmas party - and I love them already - not just because they said I looked too young to have a 17yo (this is an absolute lie) - but because they said if we get them all drunk before dinner
