Trump isn't doing anything more than has been done in the past. Those in power do what they want. They've been doing it for decades, centuries. The system is such that the law can be ignored, it was never designed to stop those in power doing what they want, merely to give an illusion of civility.

Does anyone feel we've gone back in time? Egyptian pharaohs wiping out all trace of those that came before them. The system has been corrupted beyond reason. Capitalism means we have no leaders... only the rich take the reins. I don't want to live in communist China but surely we can do better.

Everyone should rewatch 'Deadwood' (HBO) and come to realise that the world remains the same. A decent percentage of humanity are corrupt by nature. The wild west is everywhere. Those of us bred to be passive, to obey, to tow the line, we have always been unwitting vassals to the corrupt.

The sad part of the whole Trump Epstein scandal is that people think this is unusual behaviour. In the 80s and 90s the date rape drug boom saw children being sexually exploited all across England.. rich and poor. Forcibly addicted to drugs.. their bodies sold to thousands of men. Humans are foul.

How do you regain power as a people when the lawful methods of gaining power have been corrupted.. not just Trump but for hundreds of years. The common man has been given an illusion of power but humanity seems to fall to corruption time and time again. Err asking for a friend.

Is it just me or is Michael Owen always on an ego trip? What he's saying may be true... but yeah no one wants to hear you saying how amazing you were. A career blighted by injury is no doubt a weight he has to carry.. but he can always choose to put it down. Ok bye.

Why do the British papers keep telling us to delete old emails to save water? What science is this based off? Unused static emails on a drive aren't using water. Deleting billions of emails will however use a great deal of server power and thus water. Surely this is complete bullshit??

I think men have shown clearly and repeatedly they are not capable of ruling. Further thought.. the maternal instinct is an evolutionary trait which favours leadership with the greater good in mind for those they care for. Why have we let corrupt men take over? Many reasons. None good.

If we're going to end up letting machines think for us... we need to ensure we trust whoever owns the machines. That is, unless you like cool dystopian sci fi. Will our governments choose wisely when all education moves to AI? When all medicine moves to AI? Is there even a good choice available?
