Nice!! And that’s a good point, I guess you can draw a line from Wonderland to Oz to Narnia, I would assume CS Lewis was familiar with both by the 50s. In a way Narnia is kind of a British Wizard of Oz

Peter Pan was pubbed a few years after Oz, so idk if Barrie was influenced by Baum or if they were just both part of the fairytale writing trend of that time. I’m more curious about specifically American fantasy following the legacy of Oz and what tropes Oz made the way LOTR did for high fantasy

I just turned in files and had my last event of the year this weekend so my plan is to catch up on house projects, noodle in my sketchbook, and hike. But I do have big plans for working on new stuff this winter

right? i'd be happy to stick with 2 if it weren't for that. i only learned about v3 yesterday. Making a custom studio also seems useful, but i haven't had time to mess with it yet.\
yeah u can open old afphoto etc files in v3 but not the other way fortunately it doesn't seem to auto-save over them

i yearn for GREP or at least search by style. and if affinity added csp style comic tools id kiss them on the mouth
