Ok but we got some snow here and I wish we were getting more. We only got the fringe of the snow storm and only have like an inch. Other places got like a foot and a half. 😒

Whenever my boss tells me all the little extra things that he thinks our entry level staff should be doing I just smile and nod and never pass it on. No one is going to think like they own the business when they’re getting paid $0.50 more than min wage with a maybe $0.25 increase every year. 🙃

No joke. Zero humility. Can’t take any constructive criticism. Has required his supervisors to get myself or other managers to confirm what he’s being told to do. Just freaking do it you ding dong, its basic tenants of your job.

Another supervisor was there and said they had to hold in the laughter because everyone has issues with this manager and their constant pushing off of duties or complaining.

It’s really just that the customer heard what they wanted to hear, not what my staff actually said. I friggin’ hate people.
