Yeah, probably caught a stray there, it just drives me nuts the “standard” commentary being that AEW has too many belts while the fed is over there with enough for each man & woman on the roster and nobody says a word.

Again, who cares? They still wouldn’t have as many as the Fed. This argument that they have too many titles is ridiculous. Are there any of the singles titles that don’t, or if Okada loses his wouldn’t have a solid and compelling story behind them?

And WWE has 6. I’m so tired of this narrative that AEW has too many titles. It doesn’t matter as long as the product is good which it is. When you have more titles and the product is horse shit (WWE) then it’s a bad thing. We’re good. 🤼

The “AEW had too many belts” rant is old. Compare it to WWE. The fed has way more belts than AEW, but AEW constantly gets criticized. As TK says, to be AEW is to be constantly attacked.

basically been an untitled EVP from the start. Buh whatta bout Cody and Punk? Cody was clearly angling to get back and Punk got FIRED, so he didn’t leave on his own. I know this is “Tell me #AEW has a PPV this week without telling me” situation but man I feel like we’re stretching here. 🤼

Yup, and even better if they don’t have to pay the bill for that talent at all like their current arrangement. TNA pays the contract and the fed gets access to that talent for free. What a deal!

The difference is there are more sponsors spread throughout now and there’s a gap in time to where the fed pilled are willing to forget. I don’t think anyone will change channels but they’ll run the You Tube clips which is really more of what they want, bite sized exposure of “moments”.

Spot on. The same they did w/ NXT, throw some names their way to try to boost them. I don’t think it’ll be top tier guys, but main roster mid talent. TNA is just the place for the fed to keep talent they don’t want to pay but wouldn’t mind having around if they are compelled. Indentured servitude. 🤼
