God, I miss the Dream Team at Arthur Krim's UA in the 70's.

I'm wondering if the filming issues may have been at least partly a stylistic choice- ie, shoot messier when they're late in life surrounded by distractions; have cleaner framing and more CUs as they get back to their younger, less distracted, essential selves.

I don't think the Justices understand the extent to which they are playing with fire. The more they do this, the more District Courts will engage in open disrespect of the Supreme Court, because what other response is there to open disrespect directed at them? That's bad for the Judiciary, period.
