At my first Thanksgiving with my now-wife's Extremely Texas family, someone had the TV on NFL Network early and they were showing an old Giants-Cowboys game. Several people were watching it and going "I thought the game was later." I had to inform them they were watching an old game.

I've got three fantasy NBA players active tonight and two of them are CJ McCollum and Jalen Suggs. An incredibly normal and balanced night between the two. Can't wait to see what Luka gets up to later.

I love arguing about pointless shit to pass the time as much as the next person but for some reason when it comes to food, I am very much just Let People Like What They Like. I also don't like apple pie (or fruit-based pies in general, for the most part) but I'm happy for you if you do.

I'll second this call. ICIRR, the main organization doing work to help the abducted immigrants in Chicago, is endorsing this organization & this link as the primary way to help pay the bonds to release those still held by ICE. Help them get home for Thanksgiving.

Tough loss but enjoying the Illini playing multiple games against high-level opponents this early in the season. Fun stuff. This team definitely has a chance to be my favorite since maybe Ayo/Kofi.
