I didn't have any eggplant, but I took a crack at it with what I had. Added a little shiitake powder, cilantro, and a few extra spices along the way. Pretty tasty.

Finally got around to cleaning up and reorganizing the mini greenhouse. Put all the late sprouts in there, and we'll see if we can get something out of it. At least we got a chance. 🌱🧄
