Pretty good for 100% whole wheat. I expected it to be denser but this seems pretty nicely fermented and structured

There is this insuperable problem that the bottom tastes like pizza ‘cause it is baked in a pizza oven, not a tandoor. That’s not a terrible thing but it’s not quite right either.
