I changed my breathing rhythm after and my reading came down a fair bit, still not a healthy reading but way better so I'm going to just try that moving forward and see if we do better.

The vision I had was me in a very green field with my grandparents around me hugging me, comforting me. I don't know why but I tried to keep going through the meditation but I was kind of brought to tears a bit which I think is what spiked my reading.
