Dealing with high blood pressure has been odd. I measure in the mornings and nights and journal. Tonight I tried to meditate before reading and found my blood pressure went up considerably... Which isn't great, but for the first time I latched onto a visual in my head almost immediately into it.

I think that I am the way that I am in spite of my upbringing or circumstances or whatever. All of the mental abuse has helped me become the antithesis of those things.

New-ish DnD player and never played a paladin but today in combat managed a nat 20, added in divine smite to my attack and got to have lightning from my god imbue my longsword to cleave a wolf in half like a lightsaber. I think I like DnD.
