Businesses do not have to disclose external video surveillance. At least in my state. So why would private citizens have to?
Many do as an antitheft deterrent. But the only requirement is it isn’t hidden. And doorbells are in plain view.

It would be on the person doing the recording. However in many places it is a single party consent.
And also goes back to the reasonable expectation of privacy that I mentioned in the other comment.
Basically privacy is eroding but legally. I’m not in support of it but it is legal as of right now.

Correct. We don’t own the sidewalk. Because the sidewalk is public. Jogging on the sidewalk is jogging in a public space.
