Crazy to think that I was only 16 or so when I took that table down to make space in my room

Part of me wants to remake it in N scale for sake of space, but my heart will always yearn for HO

So I may as well just stick with that

And try to make it work

I had far more Thomas stuff than what's seen here, but I sold it all a while ago

I guess it just gives me a chance to make new memories with a new collection?

As if I'll ever be able to afford it...

I still regret selling all my old HO scale stuff a few years ago tbh

I had a nice little collection, but then money got tight and I just hadn't run them in a while...

This coincides with me asking my grandmother for the Bachmann Thomas HO scale starter set for Christmas, since she asked me if I had any "wishlist items" this year

honesty this is peak model railroad

-too many loops/trackage
-illuminated accessories that smell like burning plastic
-no real grass or ballast
-plastic unpainted buildings
-colorful trains
-operating accessories

Generally speaking I'm a bit mixed on the line, but that's mainly due to small details carried over from the fact they're based on the CGI models (like how big Annie & Clarabel are compared to Thomas)

They're nice models and I can't wait to hopefully make a layout with them one day...
