My great grandmother painted for fun. I grew up with one of her paintings – a stand of pine trees weighted down with heavy snow. I’ve always loved that painting so I thought I would create my own version. I hope you enjoy the results!

ive been working on a lot of test and pitch pages the last few months trying to get things moving and finally realized that if i forgo inks in my backgrounds and just paint them i get a final result that im particularly pleased with
one panel from a tbd test page featuring a figure set between two halves of an ocean liner dioramain a glass displaycase. the display and figure are in a long, brightly lit hallway - the promenade deck of the ship these models are based on. the character and display cases are inked, the background is painted digitally with no inks

Once I got the tender painted, I could start on decaling. And I screwed up the decals, twice.
Both sides I messed up the second '3' while applying microsol. And there were only 4 of them on the sheet, so another decal sheet was ordered.
Hopefully the second time around goes a bit better.
Modified slopeback tender for the B-2 switcher build, painted black with decals on the sides. I screwed up the second '3' on both sides in the same way. The 'NYC&HR' decal is from K4 while the numbers are Microscale. I still have to add numbers and a capacity rating to the rear side of the flare.

A small quick painting of the Edmund Fitzgerald lost November 10, 1975 on Lake Superior. The waves crash all around the ship as she breaks amidship spouting water upward in a cascade, the ships last breath before she sank, taking with her the lives of her 29 crew members.

Ex-Oregon Electric passenger car No. 105 was sold in 1937 and became the Oak Grove Diner on SE McLoughlin Blvd. It was a landmark in the area, with directions being based off it – "turn left at the diner" – and operated until 1964, when it was sold and taken elsewhere... does anyone know where?
Ex-Oregon Electric Railway passenger motor coach No. 105 repurposed as a diner on SE McLoughlin Boulevard in the Oak Grove area. The car has been repainted a light color, and a clock and sign reading "OAK GROVE DINER" have been placed at the center top of the side of the car. In interior view of the Oak Grove Diner, looking down the length of the car. The original seating has been removed, replaced by a long counter and diner seats. The windows behind the counter have been repurposed into storage shelves. The kitchen was in an adjacent structure behind the diner.
