This is the damage that legitimising transphobic groups does.

If this was a story about a man harassing a gay person for their identity, it would be framed as a homophobic attack.

Transphobes have been allowed frame trans rights as open for debate, and the media frames it as activist vs activist.

Hi There. My branch of the family is from Co Wexford, so no direct link to the O’Gormans of County Clare.

The name appears to have originated there though…

🤣

In this case, it works beautifully. Crisped in the air fryer with the garlic and paprika means it adds a lovely textured and a little bit of bitterness to the dish, which does balance the sweetness of the apple and the barbecue sauce

When the wings have cooked for 23 minutes, remove and season with salt and pepper. Return to the air fryer at 200°C for 6 minutes until dark golden and very crisp — but not dry.

Toss the hot wings in the sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.

Arrange wings in a single layer in your air fryer, leaving space between each one. Cook at 180°C for 15 mins, turn them, then cook for another 8 mins.

While they cook, make the sauce. Melt butter in a small pan, then stir in honey, molasses, ketchup & hot sauce. Taste and adjust the heat to taste.
